Our Remodeling Services

At A Place Called Home Remodelers I strive to create beautiful, custom remodels that reflect your lifestyle. I work closely with you to create a remodeling project that meets your tastes and needs, within a predetermined budget.

What will happen when you contact me?

1. I will contact you with in 3 days to set up an appointment with you to discuss your remodeling needs and desires.
   
   
2. During our meeting I will listen carefully, ask questions and make suggestions as necessary.
   
   
3. I will then get you a proposal with in two weeks.
   
   
• If your project is an emergency, call me and I’ll let you know if I can get to it with in 24 hours or refer you to someone who can.
  
  
4. Please review the proposal and request changes as necessary. It takes less time to change a proposal than a contract. Your project may experience delays if changes are made to the contract.
   
   
• If you have changes to the proposal, we will discuss the changes and I will get you a new proposal within two weeks.
5. Once you approve the proposal, I will put together a contract for you to sign. The contract must be signed 3 days prior to the start date.
   
   
6. After you sign the contract, I will begin the project on the date stated in the contract. The end date will also be stated in the contract.
   
   
7. Payment schedule will be:
   
   
• 1/3 when the contract is signed.
  
  
• 1/3 at the midway point specified in the contract.
  
  
• The remainder when the job is completed and you are satisfied. I plan my business on repeat customers.
